Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRPSAP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRPSAP2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PRPSAP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRPSAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LUAD show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where PRPSAP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
