Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ERK2, and Gab2. Each is linked with PRPS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPS2-to-partner and partner-to-PRPS2 results are reported.
