Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRPS1L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRPS1L1 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PRPS1L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRPS1L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, READ, and UCEC are the cancer types where PRPS1L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
