PRPS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,384 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTF2, TUBA1B, and RRM1. Each is linked with PRPS1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPS1 versus CSTF2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
