PRPS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,370 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAG2, MORF4L2, and PSMD10. Each is linked with PRPS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPS1 versus STAG2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
