PRPS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,824 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCEAL3, ALDOC, and DUSP4. Each is linked with PRPS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPS1 versus TCEAL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
