PRPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,024 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27P26, RN7SKP181, and SLC35C2P1. Each is linked with PRPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS27P26 grouped by PRPS1-low versus PRPS1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
