Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,546 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYL9, ILK, and KANK2. Each is linked with PRPH2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPH2-to-partner and partner-to-PRPH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPH2 versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
