Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA8UP, NUP98, and GJA3. Each is linked with PRPH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPH2-to-partner and partner-to-PRPH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPH2 versus GOLGA8UP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
