Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PRPH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPH2-to-partner and partner-to-PRPH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by PRPH2-low versus PRPH2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
