PRPH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,230 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSKS, MFSD4B, and ZMYM6. Each is linked with PRPH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPH2-to-partner and partner-to-PRPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPH2 versus TSKS in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
