PRPF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,337 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA1, SPAG7, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with PRPF8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF8-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF8 versus RPA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
