Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,285 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2, NCAPH, and MCM8. Each is linked with PRPF8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF8-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF8 versus EZH2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
