Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPIN, RNU5A-4P, and MIR3133. Each is linked with PRPF8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF8-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN grouped by PRPF8-low versus PRPF8-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
