Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PDCD4, and ATM. Each is linked with PRPF8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF8-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by PRPF8-low versus PRPF8-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
