Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRPF6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRPF6 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PRPF6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRPF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and BLCA are the cancer types where PRPF6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
