PRPF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,725 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM12, ADNP, and RTF2. Each is linked with PRPF6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF6-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF6 versus RBM12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
