Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,460 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomeric loop disassembly, Maternal-to-zygotic transition of gene expression, and Negative regulation of t-circle formation. Each is linked with PRPF6 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF6-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF6 results are reported.
