Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,936 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP153, BPHL, and ZSCAN16. Each is linked with PRPF4B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF4B-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF4B versus NUP153 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
