Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPF4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,964 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, Negative regulation of nucleobase-containing compound transport, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with PRPF4B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF4B-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus grouped by PRPF4B-low versus PRPF4B-high in STOMACH.
