Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,730 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, SMC2, and NASP. Each is linked with PRPF4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF4-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF4 versus RRM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
