Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,009 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2, CENPF, and CENPL. Each is linked with PRPF4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF4-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF4 results are reported.
