Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, ERK2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PRPF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF4-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by PRPF4-low versus PRPF4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
