PRPF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,249 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, and Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with PRPF4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF4-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination grouped by PRPF4-low versus PRPF4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
