The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PRPF38A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRPF38A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where PRPF38A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
