PRPF38A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF38A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,652 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF38A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC1, RNF220, and RSBN1. Each is linked with PRPF38A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF38A-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF38A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF38A versus THOC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF38A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF38A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
