Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRPF31 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRPF31 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher PRPF31 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRPF31 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

DLBC, READ, and SKCM are the cancer types where PRPF31 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
