PRPF31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,008 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF31-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFPT, KPTN, and CHTF18. Each is linked with PRPF31 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF31-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF31 versus TFPT in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF31→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
