PRPF31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,987 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF31-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF740, CXCL8, and C12orf73. Each is linked with PRPF31 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF31-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF31 versus ZNF740 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF31→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
