Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,235 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, ARID4B_S675, and CPSF4. Each is linked with PRPF31 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF31-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF31 versus PARP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF31→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
