PRPF31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPF31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF31-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRPN, GCAT, and CBY1. Each is linked with PRPF31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF31-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPRPN grouped by PRPF31-low versus PRPF31-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF31→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
