PRPF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with PRPF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF3-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by PRPF3-low versus PRPF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
