Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,051 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with PRPF3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF3-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF3 results are reported.
