Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,568 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF10C, LILRA2, and SNHG1. Each is linked with PRPF19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF19-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF19 versus TNFRSF10C in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
