Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPF19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,093 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Spindle elongation, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with PRPF19 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF19-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore grouped by PRPF19-low versus PRPF19-high in BREAST.
