PRPF18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,325 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPHS1, STAM, and UPF2. Each is linked with PRPF18 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF18-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF18 versus SEPHS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
