Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,584 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF18-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTPBP4, KIF15, and MCM10. Each is linked with PRPF18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF18-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF18 versus GTPBP4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
