PROZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,530 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC63_T537, FADD_S41, and HNRNPM. Each is linked with PROZ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROZ-to-partner and partner-to-PROZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROZ versus SEC63_T537 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
