Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROZ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,542 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, AVPR1A, and LYVE1. Each is linked with PROZ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROZ-to-partner and partner-to-PROZ results are reported.
