Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROZ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with PROZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROZ-to-partner and partner-to-PROZ results are reported.
