Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROZ mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNC0642, JAK_8517, and Quizartinib. Each is linked with PROZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROZ-to-partner and partner-to-PROZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UNC0642 grouped by PROZ-low versus PROZ-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
