The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PROX2 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PROX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, SCLC, and COAD are the cancer types where PROX2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
