PROX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,810 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, NEK9, and UBR7. Each is linked with PROX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX2-to-partner and partner-to-PROX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROX2 versus PPP4R3A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
