PROX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,747 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, RNU6-150P, and BPNT2P. Each is linked with PROX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX2-to-partner and partner-to-PROX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02559 grouped by PROX2-low versus PROX2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
