Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,237 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with PROX2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX2-to-partner and partner-to-PROX2 results are reported.
