Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PROSER2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PROSER2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher PROSER2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PROSER2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PDAC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where PROSER2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
