PROSER2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROSER2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,784 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROSER2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PROSER2_S179, PROSER2_S18, and PROSER2_S43. Each is linked with PROSER2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER2-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROSER2 versus PROSER2_S179 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROSER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROSER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
