Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROSER2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,074 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROSER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROSER2-AS1, CCR6, and PDE1B. Each is linked with PROSER2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER2-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROSER2 versus PROSER2-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROSER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROSER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
