Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROSER2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROSER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCD, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and MEK1. Each is linked with PROSER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER2-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER2 results are reported.
