Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROSER2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,715 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROSER2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization, Positive regulation of natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity directed against tumor cell target, and Regulation of actin filament organization. Each is linked with PROSER2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER2-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization grouped by PROSER2-low versus PROSER2-high in KIDNEY.
